Mr. Vipul brings in two decades of rich experience in investment banking primarily focused on Equity Research, Derivative Strategies and fund raising. He is a CFA charterholder from CFA Institute (USA) and an alumnus of Shri Ram college of commerce. He held executive positions in various prestigious organizations like ICICI Securities, JP Morgan, Karvy, Dawnay day AV among others. In his current capacity as director at Fortuna Fundcap, he has helped companies raise funds through Main board and SME IPO and has been instrumental in institutional placement as well.

Preparation Stage (DRHP Formation)

Filing of the DRHP and Roadshow Assistance
